What you share with us
Our contact and design consultation forms collect your name, the email address or phone number you provide, and any project details you enter. We also record when the inquiry was submitted.
How we use your information
Way Maker Building Concepts uses these details to respond to your request, discuss your project, and arrange a consultation or follow-up. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list.
Where your inquiry goes
Submissions are saved in our website’s database, hosted through OpenAI Sites. Resend processes the notification email, which is sent to our business inbox in Google Workspace. These service providers handle information as needed to provide hosting, storage, and email services. Our hosting service also provides website traffic analytics.
Access and protection
Inquiry details are not displayed on public website pages. The forms use HTTPS to encrypt information in transit. We limit access to the accounts used to manage inquiries; however, no internet service can guarantee complete security.
What to leave out
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card or bank-account details, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other sensitive personal information. Basic contact details and a general description of your project are enough.
Questions, corrections, and deletion
To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, email info@waymakerbuilding.com or call (616) 799-4110. Please identify the inquiry you are asking about without sending sensitive information. We may need to confirm the request comes from the person who submitted it before changing or deleting a record.
